Every month, Bank of America credit card customers receive a loyalty email message. The subject of the emails revolve around seasonal spending, card value proposition and card rewards. The objective is to drive top-of-wallet behavior through engagement, spend, and digital adoption.
Year over year, I was tasked in partnering with Bank of America to create a monthly email campaign tailored to their particular messaging strategy. I would collaborate with my team and lead the design effort to craft custom and on brand visuals for the emails as well as owned channel ad placements. The most successful campaigns always included animated illustrations - earning above average click through rates. I would storyboard the animation and our in-house motion designer would bring it to life.
